Since I pulled the tendons in my feet, running won't be an option for a little while. So I joined the gym to hit the ski machine, bike and weights.
I have to say, I did kinda miss the gym. Now I go at about 9 every night...so it's not terribly crowded. Maybe it's the change in routine I like too.
So, my friends..I encourage you to live healthy. Eat right and work out. If you smoke, maybe you should consider quitting...cut back on the booze. Add some years back onto your life.
